Just last May 2012, girls all over the Philippines went crazy and wild at the NAIA airport waiting for the arrival of The Vampire Diaries star Ian Somerhalder, also famously known as Damon Salvatore. The die hard fans were constantly waiting for the hunk's next moves (all thanks for Ian Somerhalder's generous tweets of course) so they could get a glimpse of him as this is a once in a lifetime experience.

The actor went to El Nido, Palawan for a photo shoot for a famous clothing brand. After a couple of days, the actor left the country with a tweet "Packing for Europe,leaving the Beautiful Philippines and its amazing people.Thank you for everything.See you tomorrow at 3PM at Mall of Asia". Looks like Ian really enjoyed the company of Filipinos. In fact, rumor has it that the actor is planning to revisit the country again! I sure hope that he's going to bring some of his gorgeous co-actors from The Vampire Diaries!

Anyway, fans (including me) are expecting of a somewhat skin showing ad along the busy highways of the Metro. It's quite a bummer that Ian's pecs are all covered up! LOL.
